As a Welcome Ambassador, you will serve as a friendly first point of contact for our newest members. Your primary goal is to provide a warm welcome and ensure every new member feels supported and confident in their membership from day one. You will conduct brief outreach calls and emails to members within their first 30 days, helping them navigate their NAGC member benefits and answering initial questions about the association.
Key Responsibilities

Reach out to new members via phone or video call within one month of their join date.

Guide members through our digital platforms and member-only areas.

Demonstrate how to access and maximize specific membership benefits.

Share information about upcoming events and engagement opportunities.

Provide feedback to the staff team regarding common member questions or technical hurdles.
Qualifications / Role Expectations

One year commitment to supporting member engagement (option to continue) (starting September 2026-May 2027)

Enthusiastic about the mission and eager to build our NAGC community.

Strong communication skills with a "concise and helpful" approach.

High level of comfort with digital tools and the ability to troubleshoot basic navigation issues in real-time to the best of your ability.

Reliable and able to manage a small monthly queue of outreach tasks.
- Approximately two hours a month depending on joins that previous month.
